The platform includes features such as automated messaging, contact management, lead tracking, and integration with third-party tools.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

We are not responsible for changes, restrictions, or outages in third-party services that may affect the functionality of the Service.
You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to or process through the Service, including your customers' contact information and conversation data. By using the Service, you grant Hellorix a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and consents to process your customers' data through the platform, in compliance with applicable privacy laws (including GDPR, PDPA, or other local regulations).
Access to the Service may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our pricing page. All fees are:
Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account. We use a third-party payment processor and do not store your full payment card details.
If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription payment. After this period, fees are non-refundable. Refund requests can be submitted to support@hellorix.com.
No refunds are issued for accounts suspended due to violations of these Terms.
We aim to provide a reliable and continuously available Service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or events beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
All software, design, trademarks, and content comprising the Hellorix platform are the exclusive property of Hellorix AI. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the platform. The Hellorix name, logo, and product names are trademarks of Hellorix AI and may not be used without our prior written consent.
Each party agrees to keep the other's confidential information private and not to disclose it to third parties without consent. This obligation survives termination of these Terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Hellorix AI does not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements. AI-generated responses produced by the platform are automated and may not always be accurate — you are responsible for reviewing and overseeing automated communications sent to your customers.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hellorix AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Hellorix AI, its officers, employees, and partners harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your account with or without notice if you violate these Terms or if we are required to do so by law.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. We will retain and then delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If resolution is not reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
