At Hellorix AI, we respect your right to control your personal data. If you have interacted with a business using the Hellorix platform, or if you are a Hellorix account holder, you can request deletion of your data at any time.
Send an email to our support team with the following information:
Some data may be retained where required by law (e.g. billing records for tax purposes) and will be deleted as soon as the legal retention period expires.
Connected via Facebook or Instagram? If you connected your account through Facebook Login and wish to remove your data, you can also manage app permissions directly from your Facebook account settings under Settings → Security → Apps and Websites, then remove Hellorix from the list. This revokes access and triggers automatic data deletion on our end.
